Privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance in a professional coaching relationship. All conversations between the practitioner and the client are strictly confidential, except under the following circumstances:  1. If the client discloses information about the abuse of a person (especially a child or vulnerable adult), the practitioner is required by law to report it to the appropriate authorities.  2. If the client discloses information about their intention to harm themselves or others, the practitioner may be required to take action to protect the client or others. Please note that while the practitioner will take all reasonable steps to protect client confidentiality, no communication over the Internet or other electronic means can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Coaching provided by The Bluebird Approach practitioners do not provide professional therapy or counseling, and Bluebird Approach practitioners are not licensed therapists or mental health professionals. By agreeing to work with our resilience coach(es), you acknowledge and understand that our services are not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, and services are not intended to replace any medical or mental health treatments or advice. If you are experiencing significant emotional or mental health difficulties, we encourage you to seek the advice of a licensed therapist or medical professional. By agreeing to work with us, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damages or injuries that may arise from your participation in our coaching or other affiliated services. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. You acknowledge that our services are provided on an as-is basis without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, and that we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from your participation in our services. You agree that in no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that this limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the agreement between us, and that the fees and charges for our coaching services reflect this allocation of risk. If you do not agree with this limitation of liability, you should not participate in our services. By agreeing to work with The Bluebird Approach or any of its practitioners, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, conditions, and policies.

Return Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to request a refund for our coaching services. However, please note that refunds are not guaranteed and will be processed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us and provide a detailed explanation of your situation. We will review your request and make a determination based on the circumstances. Please note that if we determine that a refund is appropriate, the amount of the refund will be determined based on the extent of the services provided and any expenses or costs already incurred by us. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that we determine to be unreasonable or in bad faith. We also reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
